What You’ll Do as a Ditto Advisor

This is not a sales role. Your focus will be on guiding, educating, and empowering clients to make informed insurance decisions. You will provide a meaningful, stress-free experience for clients.

• No Sales Targets: Focus on quality of advice, not quantity of sales.
• No Experience Required: Comprehensive two-month training program provided for eager learners.
• No Spam, No Mis-selling: Engage only with clients who have booked appointments.

Who We’re Looking For

We seek individuals passionate about helping people and simplifying complex topics. Key attributes include:

• Great Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and able to connect with diverse individuals.
• Attention to Detail: Crucial for providing accurate insurance advice.
• Language Skills: Essential proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic digital tools.
• Persuasive Ability: Guiding clients toward sound decisions.

Choose Your Path: Team Falcon or Team Bliss

Team Falcon: For those who enjoy deep, meaningful one-on-one conversations. Focus on in-depth client interactions and building strong rapport over phone calls. Working hours: 10 am to 8 pm, with breaks.

Team Bliss: Ideal for those who prefer quick, efficient, text-first interactions, primarily over WhatsApp. Gradually engage in more client calls based on preference. Shift options: 10 am–7 pm or 12 pm–9 pm.

Both teams play a vital role in making insurance accessible and easy to understand.
