Job Description

The Customer Experience Agent ensures all tasks related to their role are accomplished to offer an excellent service experience to our internal and external partners, thus maintaining our strategic position in the tire distribution field.

Temporary position for 1 year with possibility of extension/permanence.

Possible locations: Gatineau, Boucherville, and Montreal.

  • 80% of our incoming volume is by phone.
  • Respond to customer needs based on product availability.
  • Requests for advice, prices, delivery dates, and status.
  • Process the requests inbox.
  • Manage sales orders using Microsoft Dynamics AX, WEB, SQL, and Excel systems.
  • Attend supplier training.
  • Participate in continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Bilingualism (advanced French/English) required due to the organization's national activities and the need for effective communication between different regions.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of ERP and SQL management systems.
  • Outgoing, service-oriented, and customer-solution focused.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Dynamic and rigorous.
  • Good communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of tires and automotive accessories (an asset).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service or a similar role.
