Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with placing new orders, updating existing orders, and troubleshooting customer concerns. Candidates must be active listeners who can show empathy, exemplify professionalism, and use analytical skills to resolve issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Enter data for new and existing orders
  • Answer customer phone calls
  • Communicate with internal and external customers
  • Update customers with order information in a timely manner
  • Ensure customers have a positive experience

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position includes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, directing work, and addressing performance.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and prioritize tasks
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced work environment

Physical Demands

Ability to sit at a computer monitor for long periods, stand for extended periods, and perform light lifting up to 10 pounds. Must maintain visual acuity and manual dexterity to operate office equipment.
