Job Summary

As a Field Support Lead Specialist on the Field Devices team, you will be integral to customer and partner interactions, playing a key role in supporting our robust product ecosystem.

  • Interact with customers, suppliers, engineers, contractors, and sales managers.
  • Provide sales quotations and essential support documents.
  • Manage and enhance existing business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quotations and comprehensive responses to customer technical inquiries related to HVAC Building Automation components, including sensors, valves, actuators, and meters.
  • Manage common department tools, such as CRM, Excel, and Outlook, and coordinate activities effectively with other team members.
  • Actively participate in special projects and collaborate across various departments.
  • Adhere strictly to all Distech Controls/Acuity Brands policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and efficiently manage various priorities.
  • Structured and well-organized approach to work.
  • Strong personal computer proficiency, especially expert-level skills in MS Office Applications.
  • Solid knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) and mechanical HVAC systems & components.

Travel Requirements

0-25% travel is expected for this role.
