About the Role & Team

Disney Experiences is seeking a HR Business Partner Manager for Disney Vacation Club’s Vero Beach Resort. In this role, you will lead a small team to drive HR strategies and enhance both Cast and Guest experiences. Your focus will be on crafting exceptional employee experiences while supporting the business leaders through strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR, employees, and leaders to build productive relationships.
  • Consult with business leaders on talent management and organizational design.
  • Coach the Resort General Manager on HR policies, talent planning, and performance management.
  • Lead organization design projects to support rapid business changes.
  • Develop and implement talent lifecycle strategies and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience with strategy development, organizational design, and change management.
  • Able to influence senior executives without direct authority.
  • Strong critical thinking and hands-on implementation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR Management; MBA preferred.
