About the Role

The Outlet Runner at Discovery Land Company serves as a Comfort Station Attendant in the Food and Beverage Service Department. In this role, you will open and close assigned golf food comfort stations daily and ensure that all stations are neat, organized, and well stocked with snacks, candies, and beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain neat, organized, and fully stocked outlet stations.
  • Store and put away food deliveries following food safety guidelines.
  • Monitor and maintain stock levels, communicating inventory needs.
  • Take food and beverage orders and track outlet items on weekly sheets.
  • Greet members formally and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three months experience in food or guest service. Knowledge of HACCP, local food safety standards, and a State Food Safety Certificate (or ability to obtain one) is required. Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant, club, or resort setting is preferred.
