Job Description
Capital Markets Specialist
This role will take you behind the scenes of the stocks and capital markets world! This is an opportunity for anyone who lives and breathes the capital markets to join a significant financial organization in an operational role, with exposure to major deals and significant market events!
Role Responsibilities:
- Operation, execution, and registration of deals, issuances, and derivative events, along with loans, adjustments, and controls.
- Operation of statistical information for the activity base, including statistical information on securities, events, and calendars.
- Working with brokers and custodians.
- Reporting and collection of taxes and reports to the stock exchange and its clearing houses.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in financial fields.
- High-level English proficiency.
- Previous experience in the operation of Israeli/foreign securities.
Work Arrangement:
- Work between Sunday and Thursday: Sundays-Wednesdays 8:00-16:10 and Fridays – 8:00-14:00 at the Rishon LeZion campus.
- Requires availability for overtime and one shift per week until 19:00.
