Senior Manager, Stock Administration

Role Summary

As the Senior Manager, Stock Administration, you will lead our global equity programs. Your responsibilities include overseeing RSU, PRSU grants, option exercises, share transfers, repurchases, tax withholdings, and other transactions, while ensuring compliance, process improvements, and robust controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily global equity program administration.
• Partner with Legal, HR, Payroll, Tax, Accounting, and Finance teams.
• Develop process improvements and system integrations with platforms like Workday and ADP.
• Create and deliver employee education programs about equity benefits.
• Ensure SOX compliance and streamline control documentation.
• Support executive compensation analysis, reporting, and SEC filings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in stock plan administration with public companies.
• CEP certification preferred.
• Strong collaboration with accounting, legal, finance, and compensation teams.
• Experience with equity software systems such as Carta and Fidelity as well as HRIS and payroll systems.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

The US base salary range is between $196,000 to $220,000 + equity + benefits. This full-time position is US-based and can be remote, with a preference for candidates in the Bay Area who may work from the SF office.
