About the Role
The Senior Marketing Manager role at Directorie is essential to leading marketing initiatives for multiple clients and managing a team focused on implementation and execution of tactics. You will have a successful product and project management record, with tight timelines and resource challenges in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, device, and healthcare industries. These experiences could have been client-side or at an agency.
Unlike creative agencies, Directorie team members are embedded as part of the brand team alongside our clients. In this role, you will actively lead the execution of client marketing tactics by working collaboratively with your cross-functional and external partners. You'll guide the internal Directorie team to develop project plans and manage pull-through, ensuring projects are on-time and on-budget.
Key Responsibilities

- Actively manage various client deliverables and identify areas of opportunity with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Understand the client's market, HCP and patient unmet needs, brand clinical profile, strategies, and marketing plan.
- Establish deep and meaningful client relationships, serving as the client's primary contact to lead the development and implementation of tactical plans.
- Manage a team to realize business goals and objectives, and motivate and mentor direct reports to provide premier client support.
- Ensure flawless collaboration between client teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, every time.
- Seamlessly orchestrate client projects from start to finish, ensuring every priority is not just met, but exceeded.
- Actively engage in client meetings with a keen ear for understanding their needs and internal dynamics, and understand broader pull-through.
- Lead client/agency alignment and follow up promptly with next steps and roles/responsibilities to ensure a seamless transition from planning to action.
- Oversee the MLR materials submission process, MLR management, and agency management.
- Represent Directorie during agency/client meetings (live and virtual).
- Contribute to team/client financials, including accurate forecasting, project forecasting, accrual tracking, and reporting.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and seminars for internal training and company development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate marketing department or marketing agency for healthcare pharmaceutical or medical device companies.
- Broad knowledge of the healthcare industry.
