About the Role
We are hiring a VP Finance to build and lead a world-class finance function as we scale. This is a high-impact leadership role, owning all financial aspects of the business - from strategic planning to day-to-day execution. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, shape financial processes from the ground up, drive efficiency with AI, and prepare the company for long-term growth and global scale.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Own company-wide cash flow management, P&L, and balance sheet.
- Drive profitability and efficiency across the business as a core advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
- Partner with AWS on cost structure, incentives, and FinOps strategy.
- Oversee bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and regulatory compliance (IL + global).
- Manage customer billing, AWS usage reconciliation, and collections.
- Own audit readiness, monthly close, and reporting accuracy.
- Implement and improve financial systems (ERP, accounting, billing).
- Lead automation projects for invoicing, reporting, and forecasting, leveraging tools such as Zapier/Make to optimize repetitive processes.
- Ensure data visibility and consistency reporting across the business.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing finance team.
- Develop FP&A capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support GTM, operations, and Engineering teams on finance matters.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with relevant academic degrees.
- 8+ years in senior finance roles, including team leadership in fast-scaling tech, SaaS, or cloud companies (Big 4 background preferred).
- Strong track record with financial modeling, budgeting, and strategy.
- Deep understanding of Israeli tax and global finance practices.
- Hands-on experience with ERPs (NetSuite, Priority), Excel, and automation tools.
- Proven track record working with C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, strategic thinking capabilities, and the ability to execute tasks hands-on effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English - both written and spoken.
- Familiar with FinOps principles and AWS billing/incentive structures.
