As the Group Media Strategy, Buying, and Measurement Lead, you will serve as a strategic partner to Growth teams across Direct Group. This role is pivotal in shaping media strategy to support specific business objectives across various verticals.

- Co-create media strategy that actively supports the concrete business goals of individual verticals.
- Build a unified measurement framework (MTA + MMM + experiments) to facilitate better decision-making.
- Integrate brand, performance, CVM (Customer Value Management), and data into one cohesive and functional funnel.

- Drive a real and tangible impact on business growth, moving beyond mere campaign oversight.
