职位概述 | About This Role

负责物流体系的从零搭建、运营和持续优化：机器人、执行器、传感器、计算模块和备件需要从深圳供应商流向美国、欧洲及其他地区的工程师和客户——合法、快速、完好无损。你将统筹国际运输、进出口合规、报关清关、危险品运输（机器人含锂电池）、仓储库存及逆向物流的全链路。没有现成的物流部门等你接手——你来建立整套体系。

Build, operate, and continuously improve our logistics system from scratch: robots, actuators, sensors, compute modules, and spare parts need to move from Shenzhen suppliers to engineers and customers in the U.S., Europe, and beyond — legally, fast, and intact. You will own the full chain: international shipping, import/export compliance, customs, dangerous-goods shipping (robots contain lithium batteries), warehousing and inventory, and reverse logistics. There is no logistics department to inherit — you create the playbook.

岗位职责 | Responsibilities

• 负责机器人、硬件及零部件的端到端国际运输：询价、订舱、单证、跟踪、交付及异常处理。 Own end-to-end international shipping of robots, hardware, and components: quoting, booking, documentation, tracking, delivery, and exception handling.

• 负责进出口合规：HS 编码归类、原产地证、商业发票、双向清关、关税策略；掌握重点市场（美国、欧盟及后续新增市场）的国别进口要求与不断变化的关税制度。 Own import/export compliance: HS code classification, certificates of origin, commercial invoices, customs clearance on both ends, and duty/tariff strategy — mastering country-specific import requirements for our key markets (U.S., EU, and beyond) and evolving tariff regimes.

• 管理危险品运输：锂电池认证（UN38.3、MSDS）、危险品包装与标签、海运/空运承运人限制。 Manage dangerous-goods shipping: lithium battery certification (UN38.3, MSDS), DG packaging and labeling, and air/sea carrier restrictions.

• 建立并管理货代、报关行和承运人关系；协调内外部资源与供应商，谈判运价，用 SLA 管理服务质量。 Build and manage freight-forwarder, customs-broker, and carrier relationships; coordinate internal and external resources, negotiate rates, and hold vendors to SLAs.

• 制定并执行库存管理策略：统筹深圳供应链进货物流（拼货整合、质检交接、仓储），监控硬件与备件库存水平，提升周转效率。 Develop and execute inventory management strategy: coordinate inbound supply from Shenzhen-ecosystem vendors (consolidation, QC handoffs, warehousing), monitor hardware and spares stock levels, and improve turnover.

• 建立和完善逆向物流机制：退货、换货、维修返厂（RMA）及补货处理。 Establish and improve reverse-logistics processes: returns, exchanges, repair (RMA) flows, and replenishment.

• 跟踪物流运营核心指标，识别流程瓶颈并推动持续改善；前瞻性关注与机器人和计算硬件相关的出口管制动态，在货物被扣之前预警风险。 Track core logistics metrics, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement; stay ahead of export-control considerations relevant to robotics and compute hardware, flagging risks before they become blocked shipments.

• 文档化一切流程：整个公司是分布式异步协作——你的流程必须让 15 个时区之外的同事一看就懂。 Document everything: the company is distributed and async — your processes must be legible to a teammate 15 time zones away.

任职要求 | Requirements

• 中英文双语能力为硬性要求：普通话与英语均需达到专业工作水平。上午用中文与深圳供应商谈判，当天下午用英文为美国团队撰写合规摘要。 Mandarin AND English proficiency are hard requirements — professional working fluency in both. You'll negotiate with Shenzhen vendors in Mandarin in the morning and write compliance summaries for the U.S. team in English the same day.

• 5年以上国际物流/供应链经验，深度负责过电子产品或硬件的跨境运输（不只是国内货运），熟悉物流全流程。 5+ years in international logistics / supply chain with hands-on ownership of cross-border shipping of electronics or hardware (not just domestic freight); familiar with the end-to-end logistics process.

• 扎实的关务与贸易合规能力：HS 编码、海关估价、清关疑难处理，以及中国出口端与目的国进口端的双向单证规范；熟悉多国进口要求，有"发货前查清楚"的本能。 Deep customs and trade-compliance competence: HS codes, customs valuation, clearance problem-solving, and documentation discipline on both the China export side and destination import side; working knowledge of country-specific requirements across multiple markets — and the instinct to check before shipping, not after seizure.

• 锂电池/危险品运输经验：UN38.3、包装、标签、承运人规则。 Lithium battery / dangerous-goods shipping experience: UN38.3, packaging, labeling, carrier rules.

• 出色的货代与报关行管理能力，较强的组织协调、项目推进及跨部门协同能力。 Strong freight-forwarder and broker management, plus organizational, project-management, and cross-functional coordination skills.

• 具备数据分析能力，能基于运营数据识别问题并提出改进建议；责任心强、抗压能力好、结果导向，能在分布式异步环境中自主、严谨地工作。 Strong data-analysis skills — able to draw insights from operational data and recommend improvements; highly accountable, resilient, results-oriented, and rigorous in a distributed, async environment.

加分项 | Preferred

• 有机器人、无人机或复杂机电产品的运输经验。 Experience shipping robots, drones, or complex electro-mechanical products.

• 了解涉及机器人/计算硬件的出口管制体系（如 ECCN 归类意识、受制裁方筛查）。 Familiarity with export-control regimes touching robotics/compute (e.g., ECCN classification awareness, sanctioned-party screening).

• 有在华外资企业（美资/欧资）工作或合作经验；有从零搭建物流体系的经验。 Experience at or with a foreign-invested (U.S./EU) company in China; experience setting up logistics operations from scratch.

• 熟悉保税仓、ATA 单证册（展会/演示机器人需要出境）及物流团队管理。 Familiarity with bonded warehousing, ATA carnets (demo/exhibition robots travel), and logistics team leadership.
