About the role
About the Role
The Global Client Group (GCG) leads Dimensional’s effort to grow our business, through both increasing existing relationships and developing new client relationships. The Client Services Team is responsible for strategically supporting GCG’s sales efforts and our clients in several areas, including virtual communications, conferences, client events, industry events, Practice Management, and Dimensional Way of Selling. In this role, you will specialize in running operations for the Way of Selling curriculum, supporting operational responsibility for both internal and client-facing cohorts year-round. A typical Way of Selling experience brings together a team of colleagues with facilitators to practice refined selling behaviors, and combines elements of meetings, conferences, and webinars. The operational lifecycle of logistics, planning, and staging for a Way of Selling cohort usually spans months before and weeks after the event.Responsibilities
- Track the status, coordination, priorities, and costs for all internal and external cohorts
- Manage the planning cycle and scheduling for leadership, facilitators, and client representatives
- Prepare and transmit cohort-facing communications before, during, and following cohorts
- Drive logistical coordination with the Events Team, Marketing Team, and Client Communications Team to develop strategy for each training as needed
- Manage any projects or enhancements to processes as needed
- Maintain, customize, and fulfill all materials, collateral, and consumables
- Contribute to sales training from start to finish, including analyzing attendee demographics, identifying key topics covered by a cohort, assisting facilitation of cohort, fostering productive onsite experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with a strong academic record
- 1-3 years of work experience (including internships)
- Strong project management skills including project planning, time management, organization
- Ability to quickly and effectively respond to rapidly changing business needs and urgent requests
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work equally well in a team environment and independently
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving, and an inclination to think outside the box and lead with creativity
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn programs as needed
- Willingness to travel
- SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses (or attainment within the first 12 weeks of hire as a condition of employment)
