Overview
FBM, in partnership with Dillon Consulting Limited, is seeking a Senior Architect & Project Manager. This role is based in Halifax, NS, with the flexibility to work anywhere across Canada. FBM is a well-established design and planning firm known for award-winning work across community-based projects.
Your Opportunity
If you are passionate about architectural design, possess deep technical knowledge, and excel in managing multifaceted projects, this role may be for you. You will work on complex institutions and healthcare facilities while reporting to the Project Architect and Healthcare Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Establish and support design vision for new projects.
- Manage project schedule with the client to ensure deadlines.
- Oversee project coordination including drawings, design, and specs.
- Provide technical direction during the pre-design phase.
- Support business development and build client relationships.
Qualifications & Experience
A registered Architect with 10+ years of experience is required, and must be licensed (or eligible) in Nova Scotia or their residing province. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Revit, Bluebeam, and MS Office is expected.
