Position Overview

The Senior Manager, Solutions Architect Service Cloud leads design and implementation of scalable, customer-centric Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Reporting to business stakeholders across Customer Support, Customer Success, and Support Operations, you will architect end-to-end service solutions to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead with Expertise: Act as a trusted Service Cloud SME, define standards, and guide technology strategy.
  • Innovate & Solve Problems: Architect Case Management, Omni-Channel, automation, and integrations using tools like MuleSoft and Dell Boomi.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with executives and business teams to refine requirements and present solution architectures.
  • Leadership: Manage and mentor Salesforce team members, promoting continuous upskilling.

Required Experience

5+ years in enterprise or system architecture with expertise in Salesforce products, technical governance, and large-scale implementations. Capability in integration, communication, strategic problem solving, and leadership are essential.

Desired Technical Skills

Expert knowledge in Salesforce Service Cloud including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and AI powered features such as Einstein AI. Proficiency in API integration, data management (SoQL), and custom development (APEX, LWC, VisualForce) is required.

Certifications

Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

U.S Pay Range

$151,000—$189,000 USD
