Job Description
Reporting to Benjamin, Head of Product Front, and working within a team of 3, you will be the guardian of the user experience across all our online sales and case management platforms. Your primary focus will be on the early stages of projects, specifically the discovery and scoping phases, with the goal of identifying the right problems to solve, understanding user and business needs, and guiding product decisions before development.
Your Main Responsibilities
Product Discovery
You will intervene upstream of projects to qualify product opportunities and secure decisions before they move to delivery.
- Collaborate with business teams to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and derive actionable insights.
- Structure product problems and formalize hypotheses for testing.
- Identify risks, areas of uncertainty, and UX points of attention from the early stages.
- Challenge business requests and propose the most relevant solutions aligned with product goals.
- Ensure the quality and clarity of scoping deliverables (user flows, prototypes, documentation).
Product Design
In collaboration with designers, you will contribute to creating useful, simple, and consistent experiences:
- Identify friction points and improvement opportunities based on usage data and user feedback.
- Co-design solutions with designers and business stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate design workshops.
- Test prototypes with users and iterate based on the results.
- Ensure the consistency of the user experience across all platforms.
Product Impact & Performance
You will monitor the actual impact of deployed solutions and drive continuous improvement:
- Define success metrics before development begins.
- Track the performance of features post-launch.
- Analyze results and formulate iteration recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Head of Product and relevant teams to prioritize high-impact evolutions.
Skills Sought
You are a good fit for this role if...
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on discovery, ideally in e-commerce or online travel. You are proficient with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, or equivalents).
- You hold a higher education degree in digital project management with a strong UX/UI sensibility.
- You are proficient in one or more prototyping tools for rapid concept visualization (e.g., Figma or equivalent).
- You possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
- You demonstrate strong analytical, synthesis, and rigorous work ethics.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a strong user orientation.
- You can collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary development teams.
- You are autonomous, proactive, and propose solutions.
- You are curious, passionate about innovation, and new technologies.
- You are comfortable with English, both written and spoken.
- A sensitivity to accessibility standards (WCAG) and digital inclusion best practices is a significant plus!
