What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor frontend and full-stack engineers.
- Maintain key marketing properties using Javascript/Typescript, React, and Node.js.
- Collaborate with product, design, UX, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee the technical roadmap aligning with business goals.
- Drive architecture and optimization of scalable full-stack solutions.
- Review Pull Requests and foster collaborative improvements.
What You’ll Bring to DigitalOcean
- 8+ years of software development experience.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, React.js, and Node.js; Next.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as PostgresSQL, Nginx, CI/CD, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with tools like GitHub, Git, Sentry, Grafana, Elastic, and Kibana.
- Strong understanding of full-stack architecture, performance optimization, and scalability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this role is between $154,000 and $192,000, with the possibility of bonus and equity compensation. Benefits include remote work flexibility, career development reimbursements, and comprehensive employee well-being support.
