What You’ll Do

• Analyze growth levers, funnel & marketing performance to drive revenue.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
• Improve data quality and governance aligning with Finance and Analytics.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, feature launches and campaigns.
• Utilize AI-powered analytics tools for data cleaning and forecasting.
• Translate data findings into executive-ready narratives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance.
• Document methods, assumptions and business implications clearly.

What You’ll Add To DigitalOcean

• 4-6+ years proven data analytics experience with advanced SQL skills.
• Expertise with BI tools (preferably Looker) for self-serve analytics.
• Experience with forecasting, growth metrics & marketing funnel analysis.
• Strong A/B testing and statistical best practices knowledge.
• Ability to translate complex insights into clear recommendations.
• Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
