Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver insights on growth levers, funnel performance, and customer journeys.
  • Build scalable dashboards and reporting using SQL, Python, and BI tools.
  • Improve data quality and governance aligning with Finance and Analytics teams.
  • Design and analyze A/B tests and feature launches with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize AI tools for data cleaning, summarization, visualization, and forecasting.
  • Translate complex analysis into executive-ready narratives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive KPIs.
  • Document analysis methods and business implications in detail.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6+ years in data analytics with advanced SQL and data modeling skills.
  • Proficiency with BI tools, preferably Looker.
  • Experience forecasting and analyzing growth metrics (CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, retention).
  • Strong statistical and A/B testing skills with causal inference methods.
  • Comfort with AI/LLM-based tools for accelerated analysis and automation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities for executives and teams.
  • Proven collaboration with cross-functional teams on measurable outcomes.
  • Curiosity and a constant drive for improvement.
