Role Overview
The Senior AI Growth Product Designer will be a core member of the Growth and Digital Experience team. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will design intuitive experiences from the marketing site through onboarding and into AI/ML products. Your role involves moving rapidly from concept to design while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and swiftly generate multiple design options.
- Deliver impactful projects that drive customer and business value.
- Create comprehensive user flows addressing current and future needs.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers on growth and AI strategy.
- Communicate design perspectives clearly to non-designer audiences.
- Work with engineering teams to resolve front-end challenges.
- Introduce industry-leading practices and innovate within the design system.
- Design engaging user experiences that are accessible and user-centric.
