Overview

Digital Waffle is seeking an experienced User Interface Designer to build high-impact visuals and transform case studies into lead generating tools for their dedicated content team. This role emphasizes design content creation across social media platforms using advanced Figma skills.

Responsibilities

  • Create 5 polished Dribbble shots weekly
  • Develop 1 detailed Behance case study monthly
  • Design social media assets for LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Organize and present UI/UX case studies using Figma templates
  • Refresh older work for new publishing opportunities
  • Prepare content by cropping, writing captions, tagging, and creating variations
  • Apply effective visual storytelling techniques
  • Continuously refine publishing templates

Tools & Resources

You will have access to a library of 20+ unpublished branding and UI projects, pre-made templates, creative leadership guidance, and support from a dedicated content coordinator and animator.

Required Skills & Background

  • Strong UI/UX design experience
  • Existing portfolio showcasing polished product UI work
  • Experience in creating design case studies or social media content
  • Proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, variants, and design systems
  • Ability to work independently with consistent high-quality output
  • Fluent English language skills

Bonus: Familiarity with Dribbble, Behance and their content strategies.
