Office Manager, Workplace Services
Digital Realty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to lead Workplace Services in Dallas, TX. This role is crucial for shaping a high-quality, service-driven office experience, blending operational leadership with strategic oversight to ensure a welcoming, professional, and engaging environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all Workplace Services operations, including reception, facilities coordination, office services, and front desk support.
- Serve as the consistent on-site leader, maintaining a regular Monday through Friday office presence.
- Champion a hospitality-focused, service-first workplace culture that reflects company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external vendors.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute office events, meetings, and large-scale gatherings.
- Own and manage the Workplace Services budget, including tracking, forecasting, and annual planning.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend cost-effective improvements and resource allocation.
