The Opportunity: Social Media Manager, Platform
We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Manager, Platform to enhance our expanding consumer brands division. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting innovative and engaging social media campaigns, specifically for emerging toy brands. Your responsibilities will encompass executing social strategies, conceptualizing compelling social creative, and actively engaging with audiences across various social media channels.
Your Impact
- Manage innovative and engaging social media campaigns.
- Ideate social media content buckets and creative concepts.
- Post content consistently across all relevant social media channels.
- Facilitate active community management on all social media channels.
- Build out comprehensive content calendars and establish clear timelines for each campaign.
- Write creative copy, adapting voice and tone to suit specific brand needs.
- Administer thorough reporting and analytics to track campaign performance.
Your Experience
- 2-3 years of professional experience in the social media space, ideally within an agency environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing social campaigns for consumer brands or within the entertainment sector.
- Proficiency in posting across all major platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, and Reddit, with a strong understanding of best practices for each.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong, compelling copywriting skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, client communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and contribute as part of a dynamic team.
Your Availability
This role requires availability Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm PST.

The salary range for this position is $52,000 - $62,000, dependent on experience, responsibilities, subject matter expertise, and location.
