The Role
The Digital Marketing Performance Operations Manager leads the heartbeat of the client’s Performance Management department: a talented, client-facing team that brings the client’s white-glove service and company vision to life every day. This role is all about building momentum, elevating people, and creating an environment where the team can do their best work. The Digital Marketing Performance Operations Manager coaches, supports, and empowers team members to deliver exceptional client experiences while continuing to grow in their own strengths. Key Responsibilities
PM Department Operations and Policy
- Support accountability to departmental SOPs, workflows, and performance expectations.
- Assist in SOP improvement and implementation.
Quality Control and Departmental Oversight
- Conduct quality control reviews of client decks, meetings, and PM deliverables to ensure adherence to company standards of excellence.
- Monitor consistency, professionalism, and presentation quality across the department.
- Identify coaching opportunities and recurring operational concerns.
- Assist in maintaining a high standard of client-facing execution.
Department Reporting and Accountability
- Risk reporting

- Deliver employee feedback and development recommendations to leadership.
- Identify coaching opportunities and performance concerns.

Qualifications
Required
- Proven success managing a client-facing team.
- Strong understanding of dealership digital marketing strategy, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach employees through accountability, development, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience handling difficult conversations, client escalations, or employee performance concerns professionally and constructively.
- High attention to detail and strong quality control instincts.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Experience working within a remote agency environment.

- Experience auditing client deliverables and presentations.
- 3+ years of automotive B2B digital marketing experience.
- Tier 3 automotive marketing experience.
- Previous experience managing dealership client relationships and performance expectations.
