About the Role: Head of Digital & Brand at Digital Leaders Club *Powered by Blu Digital
Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for sport and a proven track record in performance marketing? Digital Leaders Club *Powered by Blu Digital, a fast-growing SAAS business based in London, is currently investing heavily in digital channels and seeking their new Head of Digital & Brand. With 99% of the current marketing budget allocated to performance, this is a unique opportunity to refine, scale, and optimise results-driven campaigns while shaping a more holistic brand and CRM strategy moving forward.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll drive full-funnel marketing across website, branding, CRM, acquisition, and retention, working closely with product and commercial teams. You’ll own the marketing roadmap, manage agency relationships, and bring data-led thinking to improve ROI and lifetime value. Experience leading digital performance channels (PPC, paid social, SEO), combined with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for delivering measurable results, will be key.
As the business grows, you’ll be instrumental in evolving the marketing mix, helping them build a more balanced approach that includes brand, content, and lifecycle marketing. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine performance marketing strategies across PPC, paid social, and SEO channels.
- Develop and implement a holistic brand and CRM strategy.
- Drive full-funnel marketing initiatives covering website, acquisition, and retention.
- Own the marketing roadmap and oversee its execution.
- Manage and optimise external agency relationships.
- Apply data-led insights to improve campaign ROI and customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate closely with product and commercial teams to align marketing efforts.
- Guide the evolution of the marketing mix to include brand, content, and lifecycle marketing.
- Contribute to international scaling efforts for a sport-focused brand.
