Job Description

Digital Content Coordinator

Diesel HQ, located in Breganze (VI), is seeking a Digital Content Coordinator to join the E-commerce Department. Reporting directly to the Digital Merchandising & Content Manager, this role is crucial for driving online conversion and engagement through strategic digital content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and align digital content initiatives across global and local markets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, product strategies, and online channel business goals.
  • Plan and execute editorial projects with a strong focus on driving online conversion and engagement.
  • Define and develop content guidelines and best practices for Global editorial initiatives.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end online customer journeys, particularly for key moments like capsule launches and seasonal campaigns.
  • Partner with Merchandising and Marketing teams in the Global Product Editorial Calendar definition, ensuring alignment with Online Channel needs and strategy.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend analysis to identify innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Utilize SEO principles from a content perspective, coordinating external SEO agencies for content strategy and performance alignment.
  • Monitor content performance and derive actionable insights to enhance storytelling effectiveness and commercial impact.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a Fashion & Luxury Company.
  • Master’s degree in economics, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-market or global projects.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems (SFCC Page Designer knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and a data-driven approach (Contentsquare familiarity is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong passion for the fashion industry and up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor strategies in e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles related to e-commerce journeys.
  • Good eye for content, images, product shootings, and visual sensibility.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Fluency in both English and Italian.
