About the Role
As a Senior AI & Analytics Expert and Strategy Lead at Diehl Aviation, your main tasks will involve defining the AI & Data Analytics Roadmap for the entire Diehl Group. You will be responsible for building an external partner network, managing these partnerships, and coordinating internal and external stakeholders effectively. Furthermore, you will independently develop scalable AI & Analytics solutions for Diehl, including their implementation and operational planning.
A critical part of your role will be to evaluate regulatory requirements for AI solutions and define appropriate measures and regulations. Rounding out your responsibilities, you will define a data management strategy for Diehl, serving as the foundation for operating AI & Analytics solutions, and actively contribute to its implementation.
What You Bring
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of AI and Data Analytics strategies, as well as in the development of scalable AI and Analytics solutions.
- Profound knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements for AI solutions (e.g., EU AI Act, data protection, compliance) and experience in deriving suitable measures and regulations.
- Strong communication and social skills, along with confident demeanor in dealing with various stakeholders.
