About the Crypto Architect Role

DICTU, a leading ICT service provider for the Dutch government, is seeking a creative and knowledgeable Crypto Architect to drive cryptographic innovations and strategic designs. In this role, you will work on PKI architecture, reviewing cryptographic policies, key management procedures, and providing technical advice to various teams and clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Write and review PKI and crypto architectures
• Develop key management procedures and assess crypto designs
• Present and drive architecture proposals
• Answer complex technical questions

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have completed one or more courses in cryptography such as Cryptographic Hash and Integrity Protection, Introduction to Applied Cryptography, or Applied Cryptography. Prior experience in large organizations (finance, telecom, oil, government) is essential. You should stay updated on (inter)national developments and excel in translating client questions into effective technical solutions.

Extra advantage if you can create cohesion within teams and act as a bridge among different technical groups.
