We are seeking an experienced T24 Functional/Automation Tester with strong hands-on expertise across core T24 modules, specifically Payments, Interfaces, and AA Lending. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in test automation, ideally using UiPath or similar frameworks, and be capable of designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated test suites. This role requires adaptability to UAE working hours and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and interface testing across key T24 modules including CUSTOMER, ACCOUNT, FUNDS.TRANSFER, TELLER, DEPOSITS, MM.MONEY.MARKET, PAYMENT.DUE, and AA Lending.
• Execute end-to-end Payments testing, covering validations, charges, posting, repairs, and exception handling.
• Conduct thorough interface testing with upstream and downstream systems such as Channels and Payments Hub.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts utilizing UiPath or comparable automation tools.
• Create and manage comprehensive test plans, scenarios, cases, and test data for regression cycles.
• Log and track defects effectively using defect management tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and validate implementations.
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to team success.
• Support T24 upgrade testing initiatives, including validation of local developments and regression packs.
• Validate MX/SWIFT messages for Payments, Treasury, and Lending functionalities.
• Prepare detailed test summary reports, performance metrics, and automation coverage reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4–10 years of hands-on experience in T24/TAP testing.
• Strong understanding of CUSTOMER, ACCOUNT, FT, TELLER, DEPOSITS, MM, PAYMENT.DUE, and AA Lending modules.
• Expertise in Payments testing, encompassing both local and international transaction flows.
• Demonstrated experience in interface validation for inbound and outbound messages.
• Hands-on automation experience with UiPath or similar tools, with the ability to develop reusable test suites.
• Strong analytical and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with MX/SWIFT ISO20022 standards.
• Experience with T24 upgrade cycles (e.g., R18 to latest versions).

Good to Have

• Knowledge of T24 technical architecture.
• Experience with Payments Hub, Middleware, and API testing.
• Exposure to Performance Testing or BDD frameworks.
• Understanding of SIT/UAT environments and release management processes.
