Role Description
We are looking for a full-time remote Patient Representative excited about creating a high quality patient experience and ensuring smooth operations of multiple busy women’s health practices. The individual is outgoing, detail-oriented, and equipped with problem-solving skills to manage challenges with empathy and creativity.
What You’ll Do
- Answer and triage incoming phone calls and app messages from current patients.
- Support new patient inquiries and referral requests.
- Check and respond to post-hours voicemails and messages.
- Manage patient scheduling including no shows and cancellations follow-up.
- Handle central communications and other assigned duties.
Work Schedule
Must be available Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Experience / Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience in medical reception or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems effectively.
- Strong multitasking ability.
