Role Description

The Temporary Centralized Scheduler works with the Centralized Scheduling Manager, Practice Managers, and Clinical Leadership to optimize provider schedules for accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role You Will

  • Collaborate with managers and clinicians to understand scheduling needs
  • Utilize the scheduling platform to optimize daily clinic operations
  • Monitor appointment slots and adjust for maximum clinic access
  • Assist with schedule change request forms
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-growing environment
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM

Education & Experience

Minimum: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred: 1+ years in a Staffing Coordinator position or staffing industry experience.

Other Details

Indoor office environment; sitting and computer work for up to eight hours with breaks.
