Role Description
The Temporary Centralized Scheduler works with the Centralized Scheduling Manager, Practice Managers, and Clinical Leadership to optimize provider schedules for accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility in a fast-paced environment.
In This Role You Will
- Collaborate with managers and clinicians to understand scheduling needs
- Utilize the scheduling platform to optimize daily clinic operations
- Monitor appointment slots and adjust for maximum clinic access
- Assist with schedule change request forms
- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership
Competencies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-growing environment
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
Education & Experience
Minimum: Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred: 1+ years in a Staffing Coordinator position or staffing industry experience.
Other Details
Indoor office environment; sitting and computer work for up to eight hours with breaks.
