Description
As a full-time LPN specializing in women’s health, you will provide direct patient care and serve as the first line of communication in our clinical phone and messaging triage during office hours. The ideal candidate thrives in a busy practice, builds strong patient relationships, and is an excellent communicator and multi-tasker. Bilingual skills are preferred, especially Spanish.
What You9ll Do
Patient Care:
- Be the first point of contact for clinical communications.
- Administer injections and medications.
- Provide direct clinical care for minor check in visits or lab draws.
- Offer supporting paperwork and patient education.
- Support clinic visits as appropriate per training.
Administrative:
- Act as backup support for MA.
- Maintain logs and support clinic workflow.
- Clean rooms and sterilize instruments when needed.
- Obtain and transcribe patient medical records.
Qualifications
- Current certification as a Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse.
- 2+ years of experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with EMRs.
- Lactation certification preferred but not required.
- Bilingual preferred, especially Spanish.
