Overview

The Flowback Operator plays a crucial role in the oil and gas industry by managing and monitoring the flow of oil, gas, and water from wellheads after completion or workover operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor flowback equipment.
  • Conduct well testing and production data collection.
  • Ensure safety and environmental compliance.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Assist with rig-up and rig-down operations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, completion, and production teams.

Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED with minimum 1 year of oilfield experience or equivalent military experience (E4 or above). Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. Computer literacy and the ability to adapt to new software are preferred.
