About The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager at Diagrid will own tactical execution of marketing initiatives across social media, email, events, content, and the web. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to build and scale our marketing function.
Your first priorities include planning conference participation, executing webinars as a technical host, and managing the content calendar for blogs and videos.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Content: Execute social media strategy, track industry news, and manage content creation (blogs, videos, graphics) to engage developer and enterprise audiences.
Website Management: Keep the company website updated using Webflow, support SEO/SEM initiatives, and ensure a user-friendly experience.
Events & Webinars: Plan and manage in-person and virtual events, and serve as the technical host for webinars.
Email & Communications: Manage newsletters and outbound email campaigns using HubSpot, and optimize email automations.
Demand Generation: Execute multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with sales on lead nurturing, and manage conversion strategies.
Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, social engagement, and website traffic while providing actionable insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, engineering, and leadership to align marketing efforts and implement process improvements.
Tools You'll Work With
HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation, Google Analytics, Webflow, Canva, YouTube, Slack & GSuite, and Linear.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or Humanities with relevant experience. At least 3 years in marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience in digital content creation, social media strategy, and project management. Familiarity with basic design tools and video editing, CMS management (ideally Webflow), and events coordination. Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
