About The Function
Our Sales team loves forming relationships, connecting with customers to sell our much-loved brands in new and vibrant markets where they can thrive. They help sell our iconic brands across 180 countries every year. Operating across different markets, channels, and areas of expertise, you’ll use your curiosity and passion to make the most of consumer insight and digital platforms, reaching new customers, markets, and celebrations to help us achieve our growth potential. We’re continuing to strengthen how we show up in the On Trade across the country, significantly expanding our field teams and investing in many new Business Development Executive and Activation roles. These roles play a key part in bringing our brands to life, building strong customer partnerships, and delivering consistently in-market.
About The Role: Brand Activation Ambassador
The Brand Activation Ambassador leads activation and drives Diageo’s rate of sale across a territory’s most strategic On Trade customers. This role delivers compelling activations through menus, POS, takeovers, training, and incentives, partnering closely with Commercial teams to boost visibility, excite consumers, and create value for customers and Diageo together.
Role Responsibilities
- Bring Diageo brands to life through engaging in-outlet activations such as menus, displays, and events.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with key On Trade customers in your territory.
- Work closely with Commercial teams to grow sales and brand visibility.
- Train and inspire venue teams to deliver great brand experiences to consumers.
- Spot new opportunities in outlets and adapt plans based on what works best.

Experience / Skills Required
- Experience in hospitality, brand activation, sales, or a customer-facing role.
- A genuine passion for brands and creating engaging consumer experiences.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- The confidence to influence others and bring ideas to life.
- The ability to run your time well and work towards clear targets.
- A full, valid driving licence and the ability to travel across the territory.
