Candidates will be responsible for brand planning, budgeting, social media and media executions, agency management, performance monitoring, and internal engagement.
Role Responsibilities
- Brand Planning & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process in alignment with finance and team members.
- Social & Media Execution: Oversee social media and media plan execution, including experiential strategies.
- Agency Management: Manage relationships with creative, media, and experiential agencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance and share actionable insights.
- Internal Engagement: Drive advocacy for Baileys within commercial teams during key selling periods.
- Project Leadership: Own and lead Baileys projects in a TTL environment with guidance.
