Role Summary

The Precision Medicine Expert is the key link between Diaceutics, our Pharma partners, and the US laboratory network. You will drive awareness, education, and adoption of cutting-edge diagnostic solutions in oncology.

Responsibilities

• Engage with pathologists, lab managers, and diagnostic stakeholders across the US.
• Educate labs on new and emerging diagnostic tests aligned with Pharma partner goals.
• Conduct structured interviews with lab stakeholders and KOLs to gather insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within target accounts.
• Represent Diaceutics at national and regional meetings, conferences, and site visits.
• Collaborate with internal teams and Pharma clients to co-create impactful solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular program updates.

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in a scientific field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of diagnostic testing pathways, especially in oncology.
• Experience engaging with US laboratory stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills for translating complex science.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative mindset.
• Technical background in molecular biology, genomics, IHC, or immunology is preferred.
• Existing relationships with pathologists or oncologists are highly desirable.
• Located in the US with ability to travel occasionally.
