DHL IT Services is seeking an IT Solutions Consultant to join the Compliance and Clearance team. With a global team of 5600+ IT professionals, DHL is continuously innovating and delivering sustainable digital solutions that keep the global economy running.
Role & Responsibilities
This role focuses on business requirements analysis for DHL Express. You will contribute to the development of system requirement specifications, participate in testing and user acceptance tests, and support the full product delivery lifecycle including web frontend, backend systems, integrations, and data storage.
- Analyze business requirements and define IT system specifications.
- Work on testing and user acceptance for business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with global teams in an Agile environment.
- Assist senior consultants and provide ad-hoc support as needed.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, and various testing tools.
What We Look For
You should have solid business analysis skills, experience in DevOps and quality assurance, and a good grasp of Agile methodologies. A deep understanding of IT fundamentals and clearance processes is essential, as is strong communication skills for liaising with internal and external customers.
