Grow Together as an IT Solutions Consultant

Join our development team, which is changing the way DHL Express works – from pickup to delivery. We are looking for an IT Solutions Consultant who will contribute to the development of system requirement specifications from business requirements and actively participate in testing and user acceptance tests for projects of business-critical IT solutions.

Within the team, we are using modern product development approaches, with a focus on micro-service architecture, reusability, cloud technologies, and most of all, building products that matter and bring value. We work in an Agile methodology to deliver IT functionalities for business requirements.

You will play a a key role in building the digital capabilities of DHL Express by defining IT system requirements for applications that will improve the efficiency of our business operations.

The position of IT Solutions Consultant in the Compliance and Clearance Team will be primarily focused on business requirements analysis for DHL Express. You will have a great opportunity to get a full overview of the entire product delivery lifecycle as the team is responsible for delivering web frontend, backend systems, integrations, and data storage as one package. You will assist the consultant function within the team and provide ad-hoc support as needed. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to liaise with numerous internal and external customers.

What We're Looking For:

As an IT Solutions Consultant, having business analysis skills, DevOps, and quality assurance experience is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and various types of testing tools will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology and process aficionado; therefore, you have a good understanding of IT fundamentals and clearance process knowledge. You are able to work independently, and also prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
