Become a vital part of our development team, which is actively transforming DHL Express operations from pickup to delivery. We are seeking an IT Solutions Consultant to contribute significantly to the development of system requirement specifications derived from business requirements. You will also play an active role in testing and user acceptance testing for business-critical IT solutions.

Our team leverages modern product development approaches, emphasizing micro-service architecture, reusability, cloud technologies, and most importantly, building impactful products that deliver tangible value. We operate within an Agile methodology to ensure efficient delivery of IT functionalities that meet business needs.

In this role, you will be key in enhancing DHL Express's digital capabilities by defining IT system requirements for applications designed to improve the efficiency of our business operations.

The IT Solutions Consultant in the Compliance and Clearance Team will primarily focus on business requirements analysis for Express. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain a comprehensive overview of the entire product delivery lifecycle, as the team is responsible for delivering web frontend, backend systems, integrations, and data storage as a complete package. You will assist senior consultants and provide ad-hoc support as required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively liaise with numerous internal and external stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proficiency in business analysis, DevOps, and quality assurance is highly beneficial.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and various testing tools.
• A technology and process aficionado with a solid understanding of IT fundamentals and clearance process knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively under pressure.
• Advanced spoken and written English for cross-region collaboration with global teams.
