IT Product Manager – Group APIs Compliance & Security Focus

About the Role

The IT Product Manager – Group APIs Compliance & Security Focus at DHL will be responsible for ensuring IT applications meet compliance, security, and data protection standards including GDPR requirements, IT risk assessments, and business continuity planning.

Main Tasks

• Document and ensure compliance, security, and data protection standards.
• Coordinate with internal and external development teams to deliver product features in line with SLAs.
• Maintain data quality across the product lifecycle and enterprise architecture tools.
• Establish unified testing, monitoring, and support processes.
• Manage IT planning, BUILD & RUN cost control, and approval workflows.
• Support strategic and tactical decision-making through presentations and memos.

Your Profile

Candidates should have several years of experience in IT project or compliance management. Familiarity with COBIT5, ITIL, and ISO/IEC 27001 is a plus. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, moderation, and presentation abilities are required. Proactivity and adaptability in complex, international environments are essential. Fluency in English is required while German skills are advantageous. A university degree in IT, business administration, or a related field is necessary.
