MyDHL API is the main online shipping integration solution for DHL Express. It enables customers to seamlessly integrate with DHL Express and its services so they can take care of all their shipping tasks in one place, without needing to access several DHL web portals.
To support and develop MyDHL API we have a team of 15+ people across 3 different countries (Malaysia, India, Czech Republic) which consist of developers, project manager, quality assurance and support roles.
What We're Looking For
Coding and Scripting
An Associate DevOps Engineer should be adept in coding and scripting. They must thoroughly understand basic programming languages, such as Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Shell, Node.js, Bash, Ruby, and more. They must also have experience in Linux as the developers continue to use it even to this day.
Automation
An Associate DevOps Engineer should be skilled, knowledgeable, and capable of automating the entire DevOps pipeline, including application performance monitoring, CI/CD cycles, infrastructure and configuration management, and many others. They must deeply understand the DevOps toolset, coding, and scripting.
Collaboration
An Associate DevOps Engineer should be able to work collaboratively with other teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders. They should be able to communicate effectively and work towards common goals.
Problem-Solving
An Associate DevOps Engineer should be able to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently. They should be able to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions that are scalable and sustainable.
Continuous Learning
An Associate DevOps Engineer should be committed to continuous learning and improvement. They should be able to keep up with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps field.
Security
An Associate DevOps Engineer in a DevSecOps team should have experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and security information and event management systems. They should also have experience with security testing and vulnerability scanning tools. They would need to be able to identify security risks and vulnerabilities and provide solutions to mitigate them.

- Cloud Platforms: OpenShift, Azure, and other cloud computing platforms and infrastructure as a service providers.
- Open Telemetry: A collection of APIs, SDKs, and tools used to instrument, generate, collect, and export telemetry data (metrics, logs and traces) to help you analyze your software's performance and behavior.
- Dynatrace: Performance management (APM) tool used for monitoring and optimizing application performance, cloud infrastructure.
