Responsibilities
Job Scope: This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and hyper care support of regional Warehouse Management System (WMS) products and locally developed applications. It involves managing the full application lifecycle—from configuration and deployment to maintenance and enhancement—while ensuring alignment with business requirements and operational standards. The position also manages related budgets, prepares process documentation, and conducts required testing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- The role is responsible for managing the Design, Implementation and hyper care support of the regional products (WMS) and country develop products.
- Management, support and development of local applications and solutions throughout their life cycle.
- Manage deployment/implementation of regional WMS products and their support.
- Budget management – Applications Support and Development.
- Documentation of application implementation processes in accordance with standards set.
- Translation of business requirements into application configuration.
- Configuration and implementation of applications (WMS/SPL Tools).
- Completing unit, systems and integration testing.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience within IT with 2 years of experience in WMS.
- Manhattan Active – MAWM & WMOS experience is preferable.
Education:
- Bachelor's in Computer Applications; Master's preferred.
