Job Description

Role Purpose

The HR Consultant & Recruiter will deliver generalist HR support to the HR team, line management, and employees in all aspects of recruitment, reward, retention, development, employee engagement, projects, and ad hoc requests. This role coordinates and tracks HR activities across assigned business units and functional departments.

You will be in charge of the local recruitment process within LLP scope, aligning with the HR strategy. A key part of the job involves supporting the implementation of the overall HR strategy within the assigned scope, as well as developing and delivering basic training sessions.

Continuous improvement regarding HR processes and the development and implementation of new HR tools in the business units are also central to this role.

The position requires coordination of HR activity across business units, dealing with a range of different stakeholders and working within a matrix environment with various managers and functions.

Key Responsibilities for the HR Consultant & Recruiter

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to the business units within LLP.
  • Support in implementing Employee Opinion Survey (EOS) actions and their communication.
  • Coordinate with country HR teams on day-to-day HR actions to support the implementation of HR strategy and tools.
  • Work closely with the HR Manager.
  • Operate within a matrix environment, engaging with management and employees in business units and functional stakeholders across countries.
  • Collaborate with external agents, such as recruitment agencies, to identify candidates.
  • Work with HR teams to coordinate HR activity in business units across European countries.
  • Deliver the recruitment process within the country and coordinate recruitment processes in other countries within scope.
  • Support year-end processes across LLP Europe.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager and line management for training, development, resourcing, and administrative tasks.
  • Manage or coordinate specific projects and tasks, including assessment centers for trainees and optimizing HR processes and forms.
  • Update and improve the absenteeism database, create, and provide regular reports.
  • Continuously update and improve HR processes and tools.

Requirements For The Job

Mandatory requirements:

  • Degree level or vocational educational training.
  • Ideally, professional experience in HR.
  • HR qualification.
  • Ideally, experience of working in a pan-European role.
  • Excellent ability to work in a highly complex matrix environment.
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal understanding.
  • Flexible approach to difficult and challenging situations.
  • Demonstrated team and relationship building abilities.
  • Previous recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and escalate/manage upwards as appropriate.
  • Fluent (C1) English Level.
