Position Overview - District Sales Manager

This role is based in Charlotte, NC and involves personal selling, managing B2B sales teams, and overseeing sales efforts for commercial door systems and entry door systems across the Carolinas, including Western Charlotte, Greensboro, and Raleigh/Durham.

  • Learn and master the CDS and EDS product lines.
  • Utilize sales tools including Samsung tablets, Smartsheet, and CRM systems.
  • Manage and coach up to 5 Territory Based Sales Representatives.
  • Collaborate with regional and national sales managers to achieve sales objectives.
  • Travel up to 20% per month to various locations.

Qualifications & Requirements

A bachelor’s degree is preferred with a minimum of 5 years’ sales management experience in the commercial service industry. Proficiency in Windows based programs (Word, Excel), CRM and ERP experience is preferred. Must have a good driving record, valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage technical and mechanical systems.
