About the Role
Join DFDS as a Workday Application Specialist and be a crucial part of the People Technology team. In this role, you will optimize and configure the Workday platform, ensuring seamless user experience across People and Finance modules.
You will work closely with the People Division and key stakeholders to improve system functionalities, deliver on roadmap initiatives, and maintain configuration and data governance.
- Collaborate with SMEs on Workday processes and data.
- Design, test, and implement configuration changes in Workday.
- Support integration initiatives and master data governance.
- Participate in system upgrades, release management, and regression testing.
- Provide second-line support to end users and HR teams.
- Proactively maintain and configure current and future Workday modules.
About You
You are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of Workday configuration experience in at least three domains such as HCM, Talent, Advanced Compensation, Security, Reporting, and Integration. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive attitude, will enable you to manage both strategic and operational tasks effectively.
