Dexter's Tech is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Intern to join our IT security team. This is a paid, 3-month remote internship with the potential for a full-time role and an internship certificate upon successful completion. The stipend for this position is ₹15,000, with performance-based incentives.

Role Overview

As a Cybersecurity Intern, you will support the IT security team in critical functions such as monitoring threats, identifying vulnerabilities, assisting in penetration testing, and responding to security incidents. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the field of cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and logs for suspicious activities.
• Assist in conducting vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses.
• Support risk analysis and participate in penetration testing exercises.
• Research emerging cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Help maintain and update security documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Currently pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Basic knowledge of network security principles and common security tools.
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as Wireshark, Metasploit, or OWASP is preferred.
