Role Overview

The Junior Account Manager supports the delivery and execution of content and media campaigns within the Integrated Marketing team. You will work with senior team members to coordinate multi-platform campaigns including custom video productions, digital creative, social and media performance campaigns, as well as experiential activations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support campaign management for high-value direct advertiser accounts
  • Maintain project documentation, campaign tracking, and status reports
  • Coordinate meetings, take notes, and distribute action items
  • Conduct quality assurance on deliverables per creative briefs and brand guidelines
  • Assist in developing creative briefs and track production timelines
  • Support client relationships as a secondary point of contact
  • Coordinate cross-departmental teams and vendor partnerships
  • Help track campaign budgets and expenses
  • Contribute ideas for creative execution improvements

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in account management, client services, or marketing coordination
  • Knowledge of gaming culture and trends in video/digital content
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strategic thinking with creative execution abilities
  • Experience with managing project timelines and budgets
  • Proven collaboration skills with both internal teams and external vendors
  • Strong organizational skills and deadline management
  • Basic understanding of media planning and production processes is preferred
  • Fully remote position with flexibility for occasional travel
