Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communication strategies.
  • Partner with senior leaders to craft clear, executive-facing messaging.
  • Lead content development for global town halls, all-hands meetings and employee campaigns.
  • Manage multiple communication channels including intranet, newsletters, and digital signage.
  • Monitor communication effectiveness and provide mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of internal or executive communications experience.
  • Experience managing global internal events and digital platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strategic focus.
  • Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams.
