Team Overview

Join a team of passionate professionals committed to changing lives through superior CGM technology. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Communications, you will help shape internal messaging and strategies across the global organization.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide internal communication strategies.
• Partner with senior leaders to craft clear, executive-facing messaging.
• Lead content development for global town halls, all-hands meetings and employee campaigns.
• Manage multiple communication channels including intranet, newsletters, and digital signage.
• Monitor communication effectiveness and provide mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of internal or executive communications experience.
• Experience managing global internal events and digital platforms like SharePoint and Viva Engage.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strategic focus.
• Proven leadership in guiding cross-functional teams.
