The team operates remotely across Europe and the US, prioritizing high ownership, strong technical standards, and swift execution.
The Opportunity
This is an early engineering hire position for a Fullstack Engineer - AI Agents - Cybersecurity, offering full ownership of product features from end-to-end across the full stack. You will build customer-facing workflows for security teams, covering frontend experience, API design, and backend services. This role combines startup agility with deep technical challenges, ideal for someone comfortable with high autonomy in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. Success is defined by product impact, delivery quality, and execution speed.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-stack feature development, from user interface to API and database.
- Build performant and intuitive interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Design and maintain scalable REST APIs with Python/FastAPI.
- Optimize performance across frontend rendering, APIs, and database queries.
- Contribute significantly to architectural decisions as the product and team evolve.
- Ship features rapidly, gather feedback, and iterate without compromising quality.
What They’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience building production-grade full stack applications.
- Strong hands-on expertise in TypeScript and React.
- Proven experience building performant REST APIs and scalable backend services.
- Background working in B2B SaaS product environments.
- Strong intuition for database performance and query optimization, especially with PostgreSQL.
- Comfort operating autonomously in early-stage, fast-moving environments.
- A clear bias toward action and pragmatic decision-making.
